Placed an order 1st week of december, the site DID NOT say out of stock... it did say shipments may be delayed (I figured 3 weeks was enough time to get it here for xmas) I received NO UPDATES On 12/22 I emailed for status of order- they issued me a refund because they don't expect the item any time soon! Worst customer service EVER!

The color of the yoga outfit that I purchased was not even close to the color as the images online. The response to me telling them that the images were deceiving was dismissive and the misleading images remain on their website. I posted a review on their website and they didn’t post it. I will not shop at a company I cannot trust.

Order a 2 pack of masks- my first selection stated they were out of stock so I ordered my second choice. After following up with customer service with an ETA of my order I was informed the masks were out of stock and a 2 week wait! Mind you my order status never said out of stock or anything, not happy!

I ordered three items, two pieces of clothing and a mask. I following the sizing guidelines and ended up with one item being two sizes too small and the other only slightly too large. The mask they sent me was the child size and not the adult. I did email them to see if they could exchange the mask for the right size, they ignored me. It’s been more than two weeks. I ended up just returning the clothes instead of trying to exchange due to the bad customer service. I did get a speedy refund and was able to just donate the mask to my friend’s kid.
